I used to weigh the most 150 lbs before having children. I gain 49lbs when I was pregnant with my first child and lost 32lbs. I was then stuck at 167lbs so that leave me with 17 extra pounds and gained 30 lbs but only lost 16 lbs. I was so upset when I went to my six weeks postpartum check up to see that I didn't even lost an ounce. I was determine to loose the weight and even though I had no clothes to fit I wasn't buying any because my maternity clothes were too big and my regular were to small. When I was going out to enjoy myself I would my house not feeling pleased with myself because I didn't have anything to wear, my belly was too big and hanging over my clothes, my oversize breast and at least three love handles hanging over falling down my clothes. . . That was when I found Sparks people change my diet a bit and started working out.

I lost 22 pounds last summer and hope to weight anywhere from 145 - 150 pounds. Right now I'm at 160lbs and I want to tone my body most of all. I think the toning is even more important to me right now than those last 10 lbs. I can't stand to see the saggy ness anymore and the fat tummy. Since its a new year I'll make this be my goal one.

I know I can do it and I am going to do it. I don't mind having my
stretch marks as long as I achieve my goals.

I did achieve my first goal. I'm now 160lbs and looking forward to take another 10-15lbs off. Then I have some serious work to do when it comes to body toning and cutting back on food.

UPDATE:
I joined the gym on Wednesday April 15, 2009.
According to the gym scale I weigh in at 162.2 lbs but yesterday I weight in a day early and the scale said 165. 8 lbs? Is this for real? How comes I'm gaining weight? I'm just trying to tell myself its all muscles? I'm pretty upset about this.
The scale I have at home says I was 158 lbs so now when I stepped on it just now the scale is saying 160 lbs.
I'm going to make this official and weigh myself today and only weight in on Wednesdays.

So I am on to a new START!!

UPDATE 5/3/09

It's official now. I have my new and official digital scale now. I also change my weigh in days from Wednesday to Fridays. I gain 2.2 lbs from last summer when I lost weight and weigh in at 160 lbs. Now I extend my time to take the weight off from May to August and and five more extra pounds. My goal was to weight 150 lbs by May 18 but now its to weight 145 lbs but August 16 .
