Introduction Text Hola, my name is Sallie and I am retired and living in Bedford, PA in the Allegheny Mountains. Most of you who have followed me here for years know me as living in AJIJIC Mexico but things have changed. We still own the house in Mexico but now spend 6 months in PA and the rest of the time travel in our RV/bus which is 42 foot and nice and cozy. RVing is new to us as we have only been doing it since November of 2019. My husband wanted to take me south every winter to get warm, hence, the new rv. Most people don't realize that I have struggled my whole life with weight. When I frist went to a diet program at age 20, I weigh in at around 185. I have a hard time finding "before photos". I must have destroyed the evidence. But if you think I never had a weight problem, check out my photos and the last one titled 'A "Tail" of Two "Butts" and you will get a sense of where I have come from.

To eat right, exercise and be healthy and happy. Not too much to ask, right! Now that I have found Sparks that will be easier. Don�t want to end up like many of my relatives who ended up overweight and with many health problems. I was on my way to being just like them. Many do not know that I was once close to 200 pounds on a very small frame. Lost the bulk of the weight 30 years ago but continue to struggle daily with weight and constantly think about food all the time.

Walk dog daily up and down the mountain we live on and track it on SP. 45 minute walk. Track everything I eat on SP Nutrition. Log into SP daily for motivation.

Moved from the Seattle area 4 years ago to Ajijic, Mexico after selling my software design company. Fortunate to retire early to land of eternal spring. Now very active and busy with the many charities here at lakeside. Just trying to give back a little.the internet.

Love living in Ajijic. Wonderful artistic community with great people. Excited about finding SP and connecting with many other wonderful people who are challenged with weight issues as well.
