I'm living proof that you are never too old get fit and healthy. My Spark journey started in 2011 at my highest weight of 201. I lost 61 pounds to achieve my goal weight in November, 2013. I feel 20 years younger and empowered. With the tools and support, I will maintain my weight. I'm equipped to succeed.

Over the course of two years, I've learned to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. I never dreamed I would become a runner but I have the running bug.

    Love that picture on your page- did you take it yourself? If so, I have to ask what kind of camera you have- I'm in the process of starting to think about replacing my current one and have no clue where to start.
    You'll have to let me know how you like Planet Fitness too- I have checked into pricing and services on their website, but would like to hear from someone who's joined.

    I'm hoping to get in a 2.5 mile run this morning too. I'm just hoping it doesn't hit 90 before noon. :-)
