I am in my sixth week of carb cycling :). It seems like no matter how many times you read the book, you still miss something (you meaning anyone who reads the book), so I'm sure you'll have questions. It's fine to ask any before you're done reading the book too, if you're trying to jump right in eating his way right away. Thank you for the spark goodie! :)
