    OK so how does the wagon you ate taste?? lmao...that was funny! Ok...so its Tuesday....house guests gone yet? You find the time for you yet?? Come on woman, bring it! I need you to get focused, and kick some butt. I can't be doing this ALL BY MYSELF. I mean I can....I could reach all my goals, lose a whole whack and weight and look totally awesome by the end of summer...but wouldn't you rather join that...than watch it PASS YOU BY! HElllooooooooo call all campers....wakey wakey! Time to get up and do something about this!

    Weighed in and starting good this morning! JUST SAYING.
    Supposed to be STUPID hot high of 41 with humidity but I will go to the gym tonight instead. NO EXCUSES!

    No worries, just take a goal and give it a date, and make it happen. I hit walls too...don't we all??? But the fact you don't give up, is good. But ok....look at the things you are doing? Anything different? I mean if you are still eating right and working out great, but your body gets used to it, and needs a kick start sometimes, and that may mean you are just maintaining which is still good. BUT if you want to see results change things. Do things....out of the norm if you normally run flat straight courses ...do more hills, biking? figure your route, then try to do it faster...push more...yourself....if you haven't tried swimming, do that....get busier woman, if you do weights change it up! Try something new. I am great, feel awesome and I definitely I am on course, kind of exciting to see what happens, just have to give it time! Results baby!! Its gonna happen! :) Hang in there!

    Great to hear from you! We had a good 4th... didn't do much but grill and run around with some sparklers with my daughter after dark but it's always nice to have a day off. How was your's?
