Looking to change my lifestyle to live a long and healthy life. Life is too short to waste it away foolishly. I'm looking forward to the interaction of the program and the members.

Fitness Minutes: 1,258

My Goals:
Lose weight, become physically fit and then go back on active duty.

My Program:
 I'm limiting my caloric intake to approximately 2100 calories for a 2 pound per week loss goal. I currently walk at a very fast pace for 40 minutes with our poodle. (She needs the exercise too). I'm also hitting the gym on Fort Knox on MWF's for my muscular fitness.


Personal Information:
Married to Pam, live in Radcliff, KY. Our youngest daughter is graduating from college and already has a teaching job!! Our oldest daughter lives in Arkansas with her man. As noted, we have another child (actually a pet), her name is Abby and she is spoiled rotten.

Other Information:
 I like comedy and laughter. I like Unions and their motivations, especially since I'm on the Board of a Union.

I am so happy to see you found your way to Sparkpeoiple.. this is a wonderful onlone community and you will find as much syupport as you seek.. get active in a challenge.. the 10 day challenge team just started a walking challenge and i see that you like to walk.. you might think about joining us,, you can find it on my page.

    I walk my boss's mini dachshunds every day and on the weekends they go hiking with me..
