My name is Deb.

Thanks to a couple of friends here, I am going to give it another go. I lost 50, quit smoking and gained 50. Pretty disheartening. But I did it once, I will do it again, with support and accountability to myself.
I have a Vegas trip coming up but I will start and take you with me. I think it will SPARK me into making some adjustments. Sometimes its just good to get away.

So HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

Fitness Minutes: 12,199

My Goals:
My goal is to eliminate this excess baggage by changing my eating habits to good ones.
One pound at a time I will feel better about myself.
To eliminate one tenth of my body weight is my goal.



My Program:
 Make small changes. Make those changes permanent.

Drink plenty of water.
Stay within my caloric limits.
Exercise daily.

Slow and steady wins the race.


Personal Information:
I live in Iowa, USA and yes, I do own a cow. But just the one. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Other Information:
 Originally I am from Massachusetts. Left when I joined the service in 1976. Went back in 1983 after getting out of the service. In 1988 my daughter and I moved to NC for 7 years Where I met my husband. We moved to Iowa about 10 years ago.
