I use to dwell on the number on the scale and how much I had to lose. Now, I take each moment of each day and give thanks that I wake up every morning to enjoy another day. I'm losing but am really gaining my life back.

My Goals:
My goals are to be able to walk 2 miles without being out of breath and to be able to watch my grandchildren and great grandsons grow up.

My Program:
 Making time to exercise every day. There is no excuse!
Tracking my food that I eat, good and bad.
Staying positive!!


Personal Information:
I am from New Hampshire where we have a small farm of miniature horses, 4 dogs and 1 cat. Retired in 2015 and am a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. Married with 7 children, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Other Information:
 I love NASCAR, horses of any breed, living in the country, and just enjoying nature.
