Looking forward to the STS Challenge - it's a ways off (Aug 2), but it will come upon us quickly. Being a ways off also gives me more time to plan links, articles and such to share. I also have WORKOUT SHEETS. I'll post that on our thread when I get it up the first week of July.

Hi there! When I run, I usually wear a buff to keep my ears warm if it's chilly out. When it's really cold, I have a toque that covers my ears but lets my ponytail stick out.
