    Hello,

    I am a newbie as well. I have been working on the food eating for three days and just entered.

    It took awhile to figure out how to process the food charts, but have it down now. I seem to eat just a little too much fat, and not enough of anything else.

    How are you doing with the food chart?

    I am struggling with exercise because of my neuropathy. I ordered something that is supposed to help with my pain. Hopefully, I can do some walking.
