Hi everyone,

I'm Mirela (Mirelica is my diminutive) and I'm in the process of losing weight. I'm 5' 8" and 1/2 (1.74 cms) and I gained the extra weight very fast in 6 months in 2006, after some side effects of a medication. My final goal is 163 lbs (74 Kilos). At that weight, I will not be overweight anymore.

My Goals:
- To be in shape;
- To lower my body fat percent and increase my muscle mass;
- To sleep well;
- To increase my flexibility.
- To feel good all the time, no stomach problems or other issues anymore.


My Program:
- Healthy clean eating, no processed food, intuitive and mindful eating;
- I follow a Paleo Diet but not too much meat, sometimes I would eat healthy desserts, things that I make at home;
- IF 15:9 daily;
- 3 meals a day, no snacking.
- meditation twice a day.
I also work out 4-5 times a week: weights, cardio, QiGong, Callanetics, Pilates, hiking, walking outside + 10 -20 min. of Yoga/daily.



Personal Information:
Interested in meditation, mindfulness, foreign languages, reading, yoga, Pilates, Callanetics, art, positive psychology, crafts, clothing making, knitting, jewelry making, gardening, pets, drawing and oil painting.


Other Information:
My favorite book : "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramahansa Yogananda.
