Here we go again!!!
Last year was so crazy!!! I was up and down in weight like crazy! I was a new mom and it was a struggle to try and find time to workout. This year the new thing is about over and my little boy is making it a little easier on me to workout. When I lost 115 pounds six years ago, I had all the time in the world to worry and take care of me. Now that there is a little one in my life, I have to manage my time better and remember that I need to take care of myself as well. I am not happy with myself ...

This year the new thing is about over and my little boy is making it a little easier on me to workout. When I lost 115 pounds six years ago, I had all the time in the world to worry and take care of me. Now that there is a little one in my life, I have to manage my time better and remember that I need to take care of myself as well. I am not happy with myself right now but I am the only one who can change that. I know there will be days when I can't workout. I know there will be days I don't wanna workout. LOL There will be days when I fall off the wagon but I will be the one to pick myself up! I will be the one that I hold myself accountable for!
This time around, I will blog. Wheather it's daily or weekly,this is how I will track my accountabity. Let this ride begin!!!!!
