    Hi and welcome to SP. I have been doing this for 3 months; WW first and then SP for two months. I absolutely love this site. The tools are all you need, and the people are just wonderful. I have lost 32 pounds so far, and I couldn't have done it without SP. I know there is alot to get used to at first, so I would suggest that you just start tracking your food. I firmly believe this is essential to losing the weight. Then I would just start visiting sparkpages. I find so much encouragement and motivation there.
