My name is Tricia! Hello and welcome to my life. I started out as a thin kid, always playing, gymnastics, dance ect..then I turned 18, went off into the world and PARTIED! from this, I put on about 10-12lbs. No biggie, I was enjoying life! Then, at 20, I had my first daughter(My first sweet angel) BOOM, from 115 to 225lbs!! I struggled for 7 years to lose the Weight! I managed to get down to 145lbs! I was so pumped. I was still slightly "chubby" but I could still look cute so I was ok with that. Then at 30, BOOM second child! As happy as we were to be blessed with our baby girl, I was right back up to 190 upon leaving the maternity ward, sad panda...Lol. I got depressed and landed at 175lbs my highest (not pregnant)weight. I felt unattractive, sad, angry at myself and suffered from pretty severe post partum depression. Finally, on September 12th, 2018 I dedicated to a ketogenic lifestyle! I say "lifestyle" for a reason. This is the first time in my adult life that I've ever done more than 2 WEEKS on any diet. This is because "diets" are temporary, "I'm ON a diet" implying that your probability of being OFF the diet in the near future is quite high. I was always looking for the latest pill or body wrap! You know, the "quick fix". It took 33 years for me to DECIDE to be a healthy person...That makes me sad sometimes. Keto works for me because I work Keto into my life. It was hard at first but it soon became second nature. Now I'm proud to say that, through diet, exercise and determination, I'm now back down to 130lbs! I'm happy here if it's as far as I go but my fit goal is 120lbs with muscle! I've been through a lot and I'm proud of where I am. I know how hard it can be to love yourself. That being said, please do..please love yourself. Big, small, stretch marks and all. You are a perfectly designed machine, capable of so many wonderful things. It's all there inside you, I hope all of you beautiful people provide yourselves with the fuel and energy your hearts and souls desire. It's nice to meet You! ✊

    What I was trying to say was keto is too much protein for me I like a variety food have to be able to enjoy while you're doing

    Welcome to Sparks I've dropped 170 lb not with keto just buy watching my portions too much protein for me I like my fruits and vegetables too much and I think it has to be a lifestyle that you can keep to and enjoy while you're doing it good luck 😊
