Getting on Track to Health


I am a mom of a 10 year old son who needs me to get fit to be around for him.

Fitness Minutes: 7,100

My Goals:
I need to TONE UP! I have the belly baby flab and my son is 10. Really - Make me accountable!

My Program:
 I walked in my first 5K on 5/8/10 - the Komen Race for the Cure in Atlanta along with 18,000 other people who thought we should stop traffic for a few hours in one of the world's most congested cities.

I am trying to exercise daily & log everything.


Personal Information:
I am from the north side of Atlanta and "live" on the Lake during the summer so I would like to look decent in a swimsuit for a change so I don't feel like I have to cover it up.
