    Your question how did I find teams , I found them by going to the spark teams, putting in what I was looking for example, motivation, lose 50 lbs etc, and different ones came up, tried them some I stayed on some I left, then meeting people they told me about teams. Hope this helps

    The challenge consists of weekly nutrition and Fitness challenges that can done by all abilities. We score the weekly challenges on weekly accumulated team weight loss, cardio and strength minutes and any points earned through the weekly challenges. We also acknowledge the members with the most weight loss in each team, plus the top three losers from a All the teams. It is a very supportive challenge and I get notes of encouragement not only from my team, but members of all teams.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.
