Surprisingly Accessible

There is only one teacher. What is that teacher? Life itself. And of course each one of us is a manifestation of life; we couldn't be anything else. Now life happens to be both a severe and an endlessly kind teacher. It's the only authority that you need to trust. And this teacher, this authority, is everywhere. You don't have to go to some special place to find this incomparable teacher, you don't have to have some especially quiet or ideal situation: in fact, the messier it is, the better. The average office is a great place. The average home is perfect. Such places are pretty messy most of the time--we all know from firsthand experience! That is where the authority, the teacher is.

I really like this is so true life is what we make of it, if we sit back and not exercise and do nothing our health will fail. Our life is a learning tool, if we don't try ..we will never conquer our fears...if we sit on our butts that fantasy job will never come...AND Yes my house is messy!!! Try something new today!

Buddhism stresses the importance of the present and the future. There is little point in dwelling on the past. Far more constructive is looking to the future and moving forward. What is vital is that we achieve a bright and glorious future through our efforts and perserverance today.

Fitness Minutes: 41,930

My Goals:
I recently finished the CellCom Full Marathon!! May 15, 2011!!

But these are my goals...
to ride my bike whenever possible to save gas...

drink lots of water...

eat more fruits and veggies

and eat only lean meats

follow portion control!!!

My Program:
I try to work out 6 days a week. I do circuit training 2-3 days followed by cardio circuit intervals, I run about 15 miles a week.

I have been following WW but even that has gone to the roadside!! I really need to refocus!

Personal Information:
I am 45 yrs old.
I am married.
I have 3 children. 23,21 and 17.

I currently hold 3 jobs: Full-Time Bus Driver & PT/Fitness Instructor @ the YMCA. I'm a First Aide and CPR Instructor.

Other Information:
I am a huge fitness magazine buff!...I love them, my favorites are Oxygen, M&F Hers, Fitness, and Shape. I love the internet! I will spend hours just surfing the web looking for food ideas, weight training sites, buddhism,etc.
