One Day, One Choice, One Step at a time
Long long ago, in a galaxy far away....... I had lost 153 pounds - I was fit and fabulous for 2 years, maintaining my weight on SP - and then wham, well not wham, it took over a year but I stopped logging into SP and have regained 90 of those pounds. 90 pounds - that's almost a little person! well, it is a little person.
I can't remember when I was last on SP, it says my current status was updated 686 days ago.... that's when I started regaining my weight. I tried Weight ...

I can't remember when I was last on SP, it says my current status was updated 686 days ago.... that's when I started regaining my weight. I tried Weight Watchers for a while but nope not doing it. I worked for them for a couple of years and though, maybe, if I went back I could re-lose but it just didn't work out. I was paying them monthly and not seeing any results (and I blame myself for that). So I'm come back to SP - I want to relearn how to eat properly in real life and not by how many points I have in my 'bank account'.
So today I'm starting over. I'm resetting my ticker and wiping the slate clean. I'm going to rewrite my goals.
I need to do something. I hurt ALL the time now! I use to walk for miles, now I can barely walk a block. Two years ago I was diagnosed with asthma/copd; then I hurt my foot and I stopped walking. the pounds packed on fast after that and I just keep getting bigger.
Now it's time to do something about it. Slowly. Baby steps. One day, one choice, one step at a time.
