Introduction Text Hi there! I am 44 years old and the mother of 2 beautiful blessings! My daughter turned 22 in December and my son turned 15 in April. I am getting back on Sparkpeople to work on my initial goal. I have yo-yo'd for the past few years and really want this change. I have decided to follow VB6 as it fits well with my food allergies (dontcha just love getting "older"). I am trying to stay vegan at all times, but want to have the freedom to be out with family and friends without it becoming an issue, so I allow occasional meals that would normally be the after 6 part of the VB6 diet. I am interested in getting back into yoga locally and would love a workout buddy to walk, find a women's gym, and take yoga /pilates with me. Shout out if you are looking for that workout buddy in the Hillsboro/Cornelius area! I am known for saying "No Worries"...as much as for my fondness for anything pink, sparkly....or for shoes!!! And iced tea is probably flowing in my veins....LOL A friend in one of my teams recently reminded me of a quote I enjoy: Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. I also believe it is something, much like marriage, that requires constant tending to keep it alive, moving forward, healthy. Another of my favorite sayings: When life hands you a bowl full of lemons, make lemonade. Then, spike it with good vodka and call a GF!! Have an EXCELLENT day!

I am here to lose weight - hoping to bring SEXY back and make sure I am FAB~U~LOUS by 40!! I want to be a cute Mommy -and have the energy I want to keep up with my family and the things I enjoy without thinking about any of it! I need to Move it ~ Move it!!!! :) I am feeling closer to succeeding all the time! I KNOW I will acheive my ultimate goal!

After completing my first HcG protocol through my doctor... I felt better, healthier than ever and can sum the protocol FOR ME up with two little words.....LOVED IT. I have also completed the maintenance phase of the first round - 6 weeks of eating right...**UPDATE** I have completed my second round of Hcg now and am currently in my maintenance pahse of eating healthy and resetting my body. Success again - and I feel AWESOME! My hubby tried it this round and had amazing success. He feels terrific - more energy. Anyone local that wants to get together and walk...do 30 min workouts or yoga at home? Message Me!!! I am thinking about joining my local Curves soon.

I love an assortment of music but Sarah Maclachlan has to be my favorite artist. I have a really ecclectic taste in music. There isn't a lot I won't listen to - but I CAN say I don't often listen to country or modern rap. My favorite thing to do is travel - I have been some terrific places with my husband, and I hope we are able to continue to see more places. I have worked in semiconductors, dental assisting, retail and general office work to name a few things. Most recently, I have decided to return to school and change careers ~ hoping to become a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound). I think that looking at babies (new life) all day would just make me happy. :) **Update** At this point, I am unable to locate any DMS program within a reasonable distance.
