Been on spark since April 4, 2007! Have tried a number of times to get the weight off. My weight report looks like a roller coaster ride but today I’ve lost 80 lbs AND my cholesterol is great for the first time in years! ALSO I went from an 18W to a size 6!!! I’m a medium not an XXL anymore!!!!!!!! HOW I DID THIS!!! I strictly followed a Whole Foods Plant Based diet - WFPBNO - it is a very healthy way of eating!! I recommend googling fork over knives - dr John Mcdougall - Eat to Live Dr Furhman - An average day I eat oatmeal with walnuts banana and 1 tbs real maple syrup Lunch and dinners I make many different things but they include things like sweet potato - white potato - quinoa - all kinds of veggies - cooked or raw - or cooked and raw - lots of different fruits - I eat lots of garbanzo kidney and black beans - for my fats it’s nuts or avocado but NO OIL ever!! Do your research discover recipes you love and enjoy your health!! PS I’m never hungry

I have been on 4 different bp meds and have had side effects on all of them
lisinopral actually made me cough so hard I would throw up - did that for weeks (didn't have a clue it was a side effect)
I need to get healthy

Personal Information:
I am now 50. I have 3 kids - a husband and the cutest puppy in the world named maizy may. I have an extremely stressful life which I need to stay healthy for as I am needed in this position indefinitely!


Other Information:
I love tennis and figure skating and I am blessed to have wonderful family and friends.

    I have found the rewards very useful. I did 5 lbs as an initial and every 10 lbs until my goal. I like it--I really look forward to each milestone and have some good stuff picked out. You should definately try it! Thanks for the blog comment!
