I am a 48 year old mom to three daughters. I want to loose some weight and most of all to stay healthy
I need to get myself back on the wagon.
I will concentrate on:
* Workout 3-4 times pr week
* Menu of the week
* blog 2-3 times pr week
My workout schedule is:
Monday - rest day
Tuesday - running/walking
Wednesday - spinning
Thursday - hiking
Friday - rest
Saturday - walking ...
