My Goals:
My Goal is to lose 50LBS by the Summer of 2012. My friends and I are supporting one another on accomplishing these goals. I wanna feel better about myself for once.

My Program:
 Just having a great support team! Gymming it up 6 days out of the week! 5 AM and then again at 5PM!!! eating healthy and Advocare.


Personal Information:
My Name is Monique and I'm 24 years old. I'm from Bakersfield CA and I'm now getting serious about my weight. Just in December of 2011 I was at my Highest 195LBS!!! Now its 2012 and I'm at 178LBS!!! I just been working my butt off!!!

Other Information:
 A great thing to do is make a poster with your pic and weight goals and reward yourself as you hit a goal. thats what my Best Friend Jen tough me and you know what it works!!! Thanks JEN
