Still on track Monty, Since Dec 6th I have lost or as you would say I released 48 lbs. so far. I am down to 205.5 lbs. Six more lbs. and I will enter Onederland. This time I intend to stay their. Last time (3 yrs. ago) when I entered into Onederland it only lasted about 3 days. Will let you know how I'm doing. emoticon emoticon

Hi Monty. just stopped by to update you. Been on track since Dec.6th weighing in at 253 lbs. I am since on track and down to 216 lbs. Today the scale went up a lb. which is normal with water gain etc. That is a total of 53 lbs. so far. If I keep eating healthy I could see Onederland by the summer! emoticon Wouldn't that be nice. If my body would only cooperate. On a positive note at least I won't be in 230ville or 220ville for the summer! Please pray for me & my family! emoticon emoticon Linda

Hi Monty, I was thinking about you so I came to update you on how things are going. Just getting over the flu. Back on track since Dec. 6th. I am pre diabetic and want to change that. My doctor said if I lose weight and take my meds I will not become diabetic! This wake up call was enough for me to keep marching down the villes to Onederland. The weight has been hard coming off. Age? Metabolism from yo-yo dieting? the new prediabetic med I'm on? Who knows? I decided to track my calories for a week and see what happens. Will let you know how I'm doing in April. I would like to be down to 200ville by then. That is 2 months away. I don't know if my body will co-operate . Please keep my family and me in your prayers. Miss you my spark buddy! emoticon emoticon

Hi Monty, I'm just stopping by to let you know I did get 2 of my surgeries. I have one to go on Sept.21st. for my foot. I gained 12 lbs. with my 1st surgery! I used that as an excuse to eat. Went back on track yesterday & learned my lesson. I know I won't be able to lose weight the 1st 3 weeks after surgery but at least if I can maintain my weight. Right now I am going to try & lose as much weight as possible these next two weeks before surgery. It's hard to believe it's 5 years since you went home! emoticon Sure do miss you! Please pray for me & my family.Linda emoticon emoticon

Hi Monty, I sure do miss you! It's so hard to believe it is almost 5 years since you left us. I have been stopping by your page to let you know my progress. Good ,bad or just simply terrible. I started back on track as of May 22nd. I hope this will be the time I succeed. I would always think you are looking down and reading these posts. Please say a little prayer that this time I will finish what I started. One of my first goals is trying on my 100 day challenge to get as close to Onederland as possible. Who knows maybe even reaching Onederland. I am going to get both feet operated on in June so it will be even harder to reach this goal considering my activity level will be almost 0. emoticon Linda
