Here's to a healthier lifestyle!


Well, it's time to get this done! I have had problems with my weight since I was 14. I was on medication for a health problem that almost took my life & it made me gain weight. I went from weighing 115 pounds and ended at 298 pounds. It was a real life changer and eye opener to go through that while still a teenager. I am proud to say that this year I have lost 46 pounds & am now at 154.

I am looking for some friends that I will be able to share motivation with & goals, tips & ...
