Becoming the Goddess I know I am!
5/3/12I have had a lot of things happen over the past few months and have decided to change my title to be more fitting to me and the things i'm going through. I really like it "becoming the goddess i know i am" it really fits. I'm taking better care of myself, becoming more spiritual, not beating myself up for every failure and i'm learning to just be. It's honestly a peaceful place to be.

Get below 200 lbs!
Eat 5+ freggies a day
Exercise 30 mins 5 days a week
Have fun!
My Program:
Eat as close to earth as possible, less processed. Basically meaning Whole foods and foods that are not loaded with things our bodies can't digest or breakdown. (by no means am i prefect at this)
Stay active!
Enjoy life!
Personal Information:
I'm 39 yr old mother to two wonderful children. I have a wonderful hubby who supports me just about anything i do. We homeschool and love the opportunities it has given us.
Other Information:
I had blood clot in my left leg in 2005, and then in 2007 i tore my tendon in my right ankle and had to have surgery. Doing much better now.
