Fitness Minutes: 23,849

My Goals:
My main goal is to be happy with my body. To stop fighting with a weight problem...and to just be me. Not me DIETING, just me BEING.

I want to get dressed and feel great about what I see in the mirror.

I want to live actively and eat healthily. I want my daughter to view me as a positive motivation in her life to do the same as she gets older.

Oh, and I want to stay sexy for my husband too hahahaha


My Program:
I aim for the low end of my caloric range which is currently 1200 - 1500.

I eat 4 - 5 times a day. Healthy, filling foods. I avoid red meat 99.5% of the time.

I enjoy occasional sugar free treats. Little chocolates, puddings, jello, cool whip with my fruit...and Weight Watchers ice cream type desserts.

I'm not on any "diet plan". Just your basic eat right and exercise plan. I eat as clean as possible.



Personal Information:
I am not a first time dieter. I do not have pregnancy weight to lose. I am not experiencing a mid-life weight gain issue.

I have been overweight pretty much forever. Overweight kid, overweight teen....etc, etc.

I lost 50 pounds when I turned 30 because I just didn't like what I was looking like or how I was feeling. (2005)

Maintained for a while...and have since gained some of that weight back...about 20 something pounds by the time 2012 rolled around.

I remarried (2009), which led to some slacking off. I stopped working out and started eating like my husband! BAD IDEA!!! I am very jealous of his metabolism!!!!!! He kills me!

So, I'm back to business and trying to get that number down...down...down. As far as I can go.

I may get snagged here and there. But, this is my weight loss journey and it never ends.
