Back again! I need structure and accountability! Heaviest I've ever been!

Fitness Minutes: 5,444

My Goals:
To become fit and healthy. To me that means: lose weight, lose inches, gain muscle, gain stamina, eat more good food and less "bad" food.

My Program:
 Drink 8 cups of water daily.
Walk at least 30 minutes 5 times a week.
Eat only "good" food and don't eat as much.
Get enough sleep.
