Hey! Thanks for the sweet comment :) I set my goal weight for 140 pounds and, while my weight loss slowed, I consistently lost weight until I reached my goal. I found I needed to eat at the low end of my calorie range and exercise very consistently to see a lose but it almost always worked. When I got to 140, I found it to be very difficult to maintain that weight. My body's happy weight is around 145 and I comfortably fit into size 4 or 6 jeans and size small tops. I was very comfortable with my weight. If 120 is your happy weight, I would say be consistent and patient. When we are this small it just comes off a little more slowly. You can do it! :)

Thanks for stopping by my page today and leaving a comment on the photo. The house is at Canyon Lakes golf course we are up on the hill and at the top level of the neighborhood. We are at the highest elevation.
I do miss the sun this time of year, I am here at the Western Washington home in Arlington north of Everett and Hubby is at that home as he has an office in Richland and is working there for a few months, so I have the green side of the state and he is on the brown side for the summer.
Best wishes on your journey. Sandy

Ahhh...the last most difficult 10. LOL I went from 152 to 119 in about a year. I dusted off my Weight Watchers program, and blended it with the Spark program to get here. Instead of counting points, I balanced nutritional goals within the Spark tracker's calorie charts. Thus, I started really focusing on fresh foods with a tip I heard on the TV: "if it wasn't food 100 years ago, it still isn't, so don't eat it." Knowing full well that WW requirements of 5 fruits and veggies every day along with increased exercise had worked for me in the past, it was enhanced by cutting out processed foods and trying things I never dreamed I would ever eat, finding that I liked them. Nowadays; Turkey burgers are better when you make them yourself from ground turkey, and Greek yogurt is AWESOME with 1/4 cup of granola mixed into it. I'm not much for gyms or running, but walking long distances or for hours at a time works for me. Indoors or out, it starts with a good pair of sneakers. I prefer New Balance with AbZorb features because of the problems I have with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis which both cause painful feet. I had originally set my goal at 130.....but lowered it to 120, and then later down to 110. I've been hanging around the 120 mark until I get the initiative to finish the final push to 110 and quit smoking. For right now, I'm maintaining the weight issue, and keeping the quantity of cigarettes to less than 10 per day. So, that's my story.

Thank you so much for the sweet comment :) I did not use supplements or any diet pills. I used common sense and SpatkPeople to lose the 95 pounds. A lot of people approached me about supplements but my thought was why would I put something that could be harmful into my body when patience and hard work will accomplish the same thing... Only last longer and make the end result better :)
