My dream is to be better today than I was yesterday.

- Eat foods I like and experiment with making heatlhy recipes weekly. M-W-F AM Cardio - Interval Training: Walk/Run with Running app by VERV; 10 mins of AB work PM Low Impact Cardio with Niece - Videos via FaceTime using Amazon Prime and YouTube; Fave trainers: Paul Eugene, Kierra LaShae and Jenny Ford T-TH- S Strength Training; Videos; Fave Trainer Heather Robertson -Mix in other physical activities to keep myself entertained. Yoga, Zumba, and Hip Hop Tabata -Focus- Reflection- Rewards for positive achievements.
