    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your comment on my "new running shoes" activity feed. I am a trail runner but I don't purchase trail shoes. I got my 7th pair of Nike Pegasus "regular" running shoes. For me, the lightness and quickness of the Pegasus is an asset on a rough trail.

Trail shoes seem to be heavier and slower to respond to quick movements required to avoid rocks, roots, fallen trees and uneven ground.

    Thanks, Bruce

Gosh, Thank You for the Quitting Smking Tip !!!! (as I light another )
I've been smoking since I was 17 and I'm going to be 59 in a few weeks. That's a lot of years !!!????
I did quit 3 yrs ago for 11 months. I gained 30 lbs and shortly there after was diagnosed diabetic.
Iwent right from the Dr's office and bought a pack. I lost those 30 lbs and now have my Diabetes under control.
What's up with that ???? I think I'm Afraid to quit for Health Reasons !!!????
Boy, that sure sounds Stupid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, Congrat's on your weight Loss. Good for you !!!!
