Patience, grasshopper.
Here I am again! Start weight in 2011 was 303 pounds. In 2012 I got down to around 215. Had a baby. Lost baby weight by 2014, got down to 207. Years pass, stress and life happen, and here I am back at 282. Hey, at least I’m not at my start weight. I’m looking for the support I know I can find here to lose this weight. I’m getting older and I’m tired, I’m cranky, and I don’t like feeling this way. I’m ready to change!

My Goals:
-To be the healthiest, happiest version of myself.
-To be a good mother, friend, wife and daughter
-To be FABULOUS at whatever size I happen to be.
My Program:
Right now I am doing the 30 day shred DVD. My workout plan changes all the time. I have run two 5Ks so I enjoy running/walking when the weather is good. I also enjoy Zumba classes on occasion and playing Just Dance on the Xbox.
Personal Information:
I am married with a cute baby daughter. I teach music at an elementary school, which is GREAT for weight loss because it keeps me moving a lot.
Other Information:
I grew up thinking hamburger helper and Kraft macaroni and cheese was a perfectly healthy meal, and being a Southern girl we ALWAYS had sweet tea! I literally never drank water as a child.
So I have learned a LOT during my transformation on SP. No, I am not done, but I am truly a very different person than I was three years and 70 pounds ago.
