Introduction Text of the rest of my life! Today's the day! I have the power to make the right choices. I know what those are. I'm here for the motivation.

March 2, 2009 If I eat during the day, I must exercise that day. Period. January 23, 2018 Pump up the cardio! March 4, 2011 Starting fresh again Jan 1, 2013 Challenge myself physically Lose 30-35 pounds Jan 1 2019 WOW! Same goals as 2013 -- Six years ago!

Incorporate more whole food into my diet and leave processed food behind! Water isn't an issue for me ~ Exercise ~ gotta do it! Be consistent.

New mini-Challenges: 1/1 - 1/7 - HIIT workouts 3 x week 1/8 - 1/15 - 60 Min Cardio/Daily + 25g of Fiber 1/16 - 1/23 - Add in 50 Crunches 3x/week + 8 Serv. Freggies Daily 1/24 - 1/31 - 70 Min. Cardio/Daily + 2-3 Serv. of Dairy 2/1 - 2/8 - Get Your Strength 3x/wk + No Eating after 8pm! 2/9 - 2/16 - 80 Min Cardio/Daily + Cut Down on Sugar/Carbs 2/17 - 2/24 - Add 20 Pushups 3x/week or Increase Your Weight for Strength! 2/25 - 3/4 - 90 Min Cardio/Daily (Mix it up,Try some New Exercises) 3/5 - 3/12 - Really Push Your cardio, raise your incline/resistance, 3/13/18 - 3/22/18 - The final push...Stick to EVERYTHING... YOU CAN DO IT!!! Start Over
