I am using Wonderslim and Bariwise meal replacements, and lean & green meals, to lose weight. I just started and am looking for others doing the same. You're welcome to add me as a friend.. maybe we can start a group? I have 80 pounds to lose. Am sending you support and encouragement as you strive to reach your goals! emoticon

I've just started WonderSlim - did Medifast years ago but the expense now isn't an option. Once my scale tipped past 200 a week ago I said "enough is enough". I ordered the two week WS plan, did my grocery shopping and had my first breakfast today. I have been going to a personal trainer for a few weeks and he helps me a lot firming me up and pushing me to do one more set. What I have found is that I make my breakfast my main meal of the day, I enjoy my morning coffee and a good meal. Then the rest of the day I'll have shakes and meal replacements. I find WS "food" tolerable and nothing that I would toss. I never expect a meal made by Gordon Ramsay, I am realistic about the food and what it will taste like. If I really don't like something it doesn't get ordered again, I never waste it and throw out like so many people do. I've tried Nutrisystem (yuk) hated it and the plan. My biggest downfall is going grocery shopping, I like the packaged meals because it keeps me out of the store because even though I know better somehow a pizza ends up in my basket. I'm hoping this will kick start my eating habits and I even dusted off my portion control containers and my food scale. Good luck

I figured as much regarding re-establishing myself in the real food world. I do not find it that expensive. I spend 320 a month on them and I buy Healthy Choice Power Bowls or Atkins frozen meals. It costs me 13 dollars a day. But the biggest thing it has done for me, is it has gotten me off the compulsive eating merry go round. I just could not stop. I am only 5'2" and I tipped the scale at 240. I was scared. My blood pressure which was always on the lower normal scale skyrocketed to 140/80. I am pleased with Wonderslim, there is very little monitoring, I just watch my protein to carb ratio. I am off the sugar wagon. I dropped 10 pounds in 10 days. I know I can do this. And honestly, I am going to want some of their food in my life once I hit goal, 104 pounds from now. I will keep posting, maybe I will find someone else. Thank you.
