Introduction Text Hi, I'm Amy. I'm a high school theatre teacher who works about 15 hours a day doing what she loves...which, leaves little time to even think about exercise or eating right much less actually following through with it! Since it's summer, I've got a little more time on my hands to work on myself. I'm glad to have been told about this site! Best of luck to everyone with their health and fitness goals!
