Hi! I just reread your comments on a blog I wrote last October. I'm STILL working on jump backs from bakasana to chaturanga. In bakasana, my arms are bent but not as much as before; my feet and butt are getting higher and higher. Nowadays, one leg successfully jumps back to chaturanga, the other drags. . . Jumping back from ardha uttanasana to chaturanga is no problem; jumping forward from downward dog to the front of my mat in sun salutations is also no problem; jumping back from crow to chaturanga continues to elude me!

setting a goal of 2x10 pull ups is not best anymore
pull up goal? but i need to understand the achievement is all about strength and health. i need commitment to all my workout exercises. i need to include pull ups in a new plan. 1245 days ago
