Hi All! I started my weight loss journey on March 16, 2009 at 149lbs. By December of 2009 I was down to 129! Maintained that weight for 6 months and decided to try to lose that last little bit of weight (9 more lbs) which I hope to meet by the end of December 2014!!!

Update: 7/21/13 - Back again! Took a 2 year break from the site and have been hanging around 130. I recently joined the local YMCA that was just recently completely redone and they added a ton of new classes which I am really enjoying so I decided I might give this weight loss journey another shot since I've upped my exercise considerably.

UPDATE 12/28/10 So...at the end of October after I had met my goal weight I relapsed back into my old habits and managed to gain back most of the weight that I had lost over the last couple of months. I realize that I was depriving myself of too much and not being smart about how I was handling cravings etc. and I began to binge on all the things I was denying myself. But now that we are rolling into the new year I have decided to come back and try this again with a new mindset! I don't plan on losing the weight as quickly this time and I'm hoping for a better outcome this time!! I've lost and maintained before and I know I can do it again!! Hopefully I will be close to my goal weight (115) by my 29th bday on 3/23/11!
