    Thank you for weighing in for week 1! Your weight loss goal for this challenge is great and you are well on your way to meeting that goal. What is MPC's 2020 program? I am always looking for new things to do. I want to increase my walking enough so I can start jogging but I'm not quite there yet. How long do you walk./jog for at a given time?     I saw you gained weight this week on the Flamingo boards weigh-in.
    I just wanted to point out that not eating enough might be the culprit.
    I know you said you weren't feeling hungry, so maybe you could try to eat higher calorie foods so that your body does not think you are trying to starve it.
