What to say, what to say......I am taking this one step at a time, same as all of you! I hope that I am FINALLY in a space where I can appreciate the good and the bad of this journey (health? life?....BOTH!) and let it fuel me as I continue to grow and progress. I've been at the start more times than I remember (or would care to admit if I did, haha) but this time there truly is no end, and that feels like reward enough.

Walk with colleagues or walk alone at lunch.

Class type cardio or ST at gym after work.

Nutrition: around 1800-2000 calories, within my tracker range for my weight. 3 meals, 3 snacks, try to have protein everytime I eat. I cook recipes from sparkpeople, things I've made up, and Hungry Girl when I am craving something, her alternatives are brilliant!
