    I think that all of your notes are a wise choice to keep you on track--not goofy at all. I have tried to find some old pictures of myself when I was thin but it's been so long ago that I am having trouble. I will put that at the top of my "to do" list and get right on it, though. THANKS for all of your advice and tips.

    Thank you for your comment on my blog. I so appreciate your sweet comments. As a result I popped over to your page and see that you are a wonderful mom! If you'd like we can be Spark buddies and walk down this pathway to health together. Feel free to check out any of my friends and my fab Spark teams particularly Earth Angels and Soul Collage. They are a wonderful group of friends and offer amazing support and encouragement!!

    I'm no expert by any means but the way I lost the 14 lbs in 3 months was simply tracking all of my calories. I used a great form found on Simply Eating and just printed it off for each day. I tried my best to stay around 1200-1400 calories daily. I found a really 'cute' pic of myself at a weight that I really felt good at...about 135-140ish and taped it to my bathroom mirror and I look at it every day when I'm brushing my teeth. Under the pic I wrote an affirmation "I am healthy, wealthy, and wise" emoticon okay are you laughing yet? My DH thinks I'm a little nuts... emoticon but he's used to it after 31 years of marriage... emoticon then...I put another 'cute' pic of myself on the fridge door..and under that pic I wrote a little message 'think about it!' on a danger sign emoticon ..I know these are just goofy little head games that I play with myself...but so far so good..and that's what I'm talkin' about! emoticon emoticon emoticon I'm wishing you the BEST of luck!! Keep me posted, and don't let me down okay..okay..well then awesome!
