Winter, '20
Be on the path, each and every day.
Whether I stumble or stagger right off into the bushes,

NAME: You can call me "Night," or you can call me "Glow," but please don't call me late for dinner! Bwaaaaa ha ha! Sigh.

AGE: I don't believe in linear aging. Today I'm about 14. Tomorrow I might be 68.

My Goals:

Getting back to where I was on 8/2/19 :)

Keep on being active! Shoot for gym 3x/week, walking, movement every hour
Keep choosing healthful foods. Emphasize whole, less-processed foods. Use packaged and pre-made foods sparingly.
Get to the next goal number. :)


*My tracker does not reflect my end goal. I will focus on small goals and see how I feel after each one. I and my body will determine what is the best health and size for us.


My Program:
Vegan for life and for all lives.
Working toward more whole, unprocessed foods, intuitive eating, and not confusing "intuition" with "yes I do want the entire package of Oreos."

Oakland roots. Living on the original lands of the Coast Salish (the Pacific Northwest).

    Thank you for the "new" goodie... Today has been a "down" day. Unfortunately, DH keeps comparing it to his own struggles & doesn't much appreciate mine.
    -- When he complains about so few people at his work place, I tell him at least he HAS a job. Also, he gets to leave the "cage" every day. I'm stuck here figuring it out.

    I left California on January 1, 1992. I long for its beauty, the familiarity of the cool beneath the Sequoias, the scent of the salt splashing in waves against the sand, I miss bumping into people I knew all of my life and discovering new connections (6 degrees of separation) between those I know and how often we nearly met. I miss the feeling that I am home, that I am "local" or "native" to the area. It's funny because I've lived here now longer than I lived there but Humboldt County will always be home.
