Hi Nique,Hope you enjoyed your day in the Clover Spotlight. I think your strategy of breaking exercise into 3 times a day is a great plan. I am going to try to do that also, inspired by you. Nique, I set my step goal at 5000 steps a day for now. When I've consistently met that goal for a week or two, then I will increase it. My plan is to gradually increase to 10,000 steps a day! If I try to do 10,000 a day every day right now I would burn myself out and not be consistent in the weeks following! So great strategy for now! 6000 steps a day is a great start! 1287 days ago
