Introduction Text I've been retired for 4 years and loving it. A second cancer diagnosis prompted that decision and I consider myself a young retiree. I am now a 7 year ovarian cancer survivor which is huge and 4 year kidney cancer survivor. I am working out harder than ever following Beachbody workouts and trying to be a runner. I live in a beautiful community in northern Ontario Canada and am grateful every day for the beauty around me and the opportunity to enjoy it!

To track my food and stay under 1550 calories/day. To run 10km without waling in 2021 To get minimum 30 minutes of exercise in each day.

Eating healthy, tracking, running and strength training. Do something active every day for at least 30 minutes. My treadmill is amazing and in northern Canada we tend to get a bit of snow so no excuses!

i live in northern Ontario Canada on a beautiful lake in a converted cottage. I am a retired bank executive. I'm a 7 year ovarian cancer survivor and 4 year kidney cancer surviver and have never felt better so have a vested interest in being as healthy as possible!
