Introduction Text Always hearing "You could be so pretty if only you lost weight" would send me running to the Oreos. I love to eat. I need to work on the moderation rule. Just because something tastes good doesn't mean I need to eat the whole package. I want to be thinner to feel good about myself, to be able to buy clothes in the regular size section of a store and be able to play and run with my 8 year old without getting too exhausted. I am hoping to find some inspiration here at Sparkpeople. This is a great website with great tools but unless I find the "spark" to motivate me to losing weight I feel it is a losing battle. I have been overweight most of my life.

My current goal is to lose 20 pounds. I want to weigh 250 and see how my clothes from a couple of years ago fit. The idea is that I do NOT have to buy any new things (yet).

Plan to incorporate walking into my daily routine as well as start an at home work out plan.

I have a great loving family. Fun hobbies including gardening and 11 1/2" doll collecting. I also like to bowl, read and hit the local flea markets.
