    The Broccoli Recipe. From 911Brad. I love it for TV nibbling.

    Take a whole head of Broccoli and cut the florets into bite size pieces. I weigh before I cook, and then enter the grams of raw broccoli into Sparkpeople nutrition. It averages around 60 calories.

    Preheat an oven to 400. Add oil to broccoli. I used to use a tablespoon of olive oil, but then I started using non-calorie olive-oil-flavored cooking spray because the oil was more calories than the broccoli! ha ha!

    Season to taste. I use Adobo (just a few shakes) and curry. Your mileage may vary (YMMV). Pick what is tasty to you. Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes, flip over with a spoon, and bake another 15 minutes. They get crunchy. This is why they remind me of potato chips and work so well for me. If they're not crunchy when you pop them in your mouth they're not done.

    Spray a little lemon on top while noshing if you like.

    VOILA! I find this SO satisfying and am eternally grateful to 911Brad for the recipe!! It's so easy I can do it myself!
