Personal Information:
SP member since Dec 2011, but only started to try to lose weight since Jan 2012 @189#. I made it as low as 163#. Then maintained @168-173# for a year before giving up. Since then my highest (ever) weight has been 240#.

I'm hypothyroid. For a time, I was off of thyroid meds and on iodine protocol under MD supervision, but I'm not any more and at last check, my TSH was great.

I was first diagnosed with breast cancer Dec of 2015 and I am a survivor. I also have had Stage IV breast cancer since August of 2017. There is no cure, but there are treatments.

I am 5' 9" tall and 29 years old. I work a busy, high-stress job. It can be exhausting, but I love helping others heal.
