Bags all packed and ticket to hand I set off for Platform 7.4 at New York City's Grand Central Terminal. I will arrive at Ilvermorny Village and be transported to the base of Mount Greylock, by carriage.
Ready for a new adventure as I embark on new ways to create a healthy lifestyle. I will embrace all the things that I want and need to do for myself.
Finding new ways to incorporate fun and practicality will make my journey towards a healthier me enjoyable and magical.
Time for change and this is just what I need right now.
It will help me to:
Stay Positive. Keep a positive mindset don't let anyone or anything get you down.

Challenge the Status Quo. Whether it is fitness routines or your diet don't be afraid to challenge the way you have been told to do things. Make it work for you.
