I’ve been on SP for a long time. I’ve lost and gained back a lot of weight over these years. Up, down, up, down, up.... This year I’m determined to lose the weight again and get off this stupid roller coaster.

My Goals:

Release 80 lbs this year.

Specific weight goals along the way....
199.5 - finally under 200
191 - I go from obese to overweight BMI
158 - I go from overweight to normal BMI
152 - goal by the end of 2020

My Program:
~Keto: counting total carbs (made a BIG difference from counting net carbs) eating fish, turkey, chicken, some beef and pork, cheese, salads, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, nuts and a little red wine. Right now I'm not eating much by way of fruits, but occasionally have a few blueberries or a couple of strawberries or an avocado (gotta watch those carefully, the carbs add up fast.) I have full fat Caesar dressing on my salads, use real cream in my coffee, real mayo in my tuna and cook with lots of real butter, coconut oil and olive oil. When I need a little chocolate, I have a square of 90% dark.
~Drink: I have tea, coffee, an an occasional Sprite Zero or Coke Zero and try to drink at least 2 liters of water each day.
~Exercise: 30 min on ebike 5 nights per week, but I'm often hit and miss on the exercise.

    I am doing okay. I was staying at my dad’s house when the stay in place order came from the governor, so I am still here.

    We're doing good. We're heading out today for a few errands but they should be quick. They shut down the twins university campus so they will be doing online school here at the house. Makes this mama's heart happy! They also use my car to go to school (hr one way) so I'll have my car now which also makes me happy! LOL We've been watching movies and getting stuff down we have been putting off. I wish we had nice weather. The sun is out today (but its freezing) we're planning on going for a walk later if it stays that way. We live in a rural area so we wont see cars or people. Take care and stay safe.
