Introduction Text Theresa Mom to 5 girls, ages 47, 45, 45, 43 and 23. Married 48 years Retired at present time.

I still need to loose 65 lbs. I am hoping that will come sooner then later. I have quit beating myself up over not getting there as fast as I want. Little progress is better then gaining.

At the moment, I am journaling all my foods. That seems to work best fore me. I belong to one of the best teams. I am so glad I found them. They are up beat and have many different opinions.

My name is Theresa. I live Spokane WA and I have been married since I was 18 yrs old. DH and I have 5 lovely daughters, 4 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. I grew up in Albany OR and lived there my whole life until we transplanted to Spokane.

I love to craft and though I love scrapbooking, I also love to sew and create. I have found out that if something take too long to make, I loose interest. LOL! It must be that instant gratification thing.
