Since I could remember I've always had a love/hate relationship with my weight. But it wasn't until 8 years ago and my first pregnancy that it had gotten out of control. I hit 270+ pounds, the biggest I've ever been in my life.

It took me only 3 months to take off 30 pounds of that, but adding another pregnancy into the mix, I had been in the holding pattern. It wasn't until August of 2010 I joined spark that I started to get serious.

Over a year later,I am now home stretch of my weight loss journey. If you can call 14 pounds the home stretch! :D

I've finished the C25 on 8/16/10. Took a break from running for awhile but back on track.

12 minute mile completed on 1/15

10 minute mile completed 6/13

Sub 10 minute mile 7/5

PR 5k: 33.10 !
28:10 (on track) 7/20

PR 10k: 1:11 9/11

Started the bridge to 10k program/60 minutes running.
Finished 2/12/11

My measurements/stats are

High waist: " 29
waist: "31
Hips: "41
Arms: 12

Down 14 inches from high waist, 10 from my natrual waist.. and 13 from my hips. 3from arm. A total of 40 nches!!!!!!! 12/11


UPDATE:
Back again. Hit by a drunk driver two years ago, and slowly started to put back on the weight that I lost. Started a yo yo cycle.. :/ One move across the ocean and back... Here are my current stats.

HW: 270
CW: 208.
LW: 145
GW: 155

Completely C25k again
Register for Disney princess Half marathon
Work hard to get into a belly dancing troupe!
Side plank with both feet together.

Currently I am monitoring my calorie intake. :)

I run anywhere between 3 to 6 days a week, and do turbo fire or dance in-between.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog and I support the whole P90X thing - awsome workout and wonderful! Huge fan of Tony Horton and like he says "abs are made in the kitchen" the diet part is where I've failed and am still stuggling with! Hence doing the SP thing since it gives me more support and alot of people cheering along side you. I had to add the C25K program because the first time I did P90X I did not feel that it had a really fat burning cardio program with it and for right now the walk/run program works for me with the weight lifting. Everyone is different so I am hoping for you that you are able to find the correct formula that works for you!

    Adding you as a friend since we cannot have too many cheerleaders on this journey - right?
