    Treat potatoes like all other root veggies; bake, roast, make soups, stuff baked potatoes with whatever fillings you desire. The possibilities are endless and there are oodles of recipes online. They are inexpensive and full of nutrients, especially sweet potatoes.

    One of the things I've done to sub for sour cream is mix Grk-yourgut (I just like mispronouncing it like that and have done so for about 25 years now) with olive-oil mayonaise. I even throw in some seasoning that I'm using for the main dish, or for what I'd like to eat on my nuked potato.

    Hi! In answer to your message on my spark page... Absolutely, we can still be friends! I am doing fair . Being self quarantined is getting to me just a little. I am a Diabetic, so hubby forbids me to go out anywhere. I know it is for my own good, but still frustrating. I am so used to going when & where I please.
    I am not progressing with the weight loss. I keep going up and down. I have been reading and I think it is because I have not been eating enough calories. I am trying to eat more and now, hoping I will start losing again. The struggle is real!
    How are you doing? Are you in the 160’s yet? I hope you are coping with this crazy situation that this world in. Hoping & praying that we can get past this.
    I have joined the 5% Spring Challenge hoping a little competition will help me get started exercising more. I have a hard time getting into a routine. Keep in touch! emoticon
